After a rocky start, Maximus eventually made things right and I am now pleased. I initiated the process on 12/31/2025. I received the blood sample kit quickly and sent it back that same day. My lab results were available a day later - impressive! So far, so good! Scheduling the Dr. consultation was irritating. They kept canceling with no reason given so I eventually had to contact support. They explained there were issues with the scheduling software at that time. I was finally able to see a doctor virtually and he prescribed my medication on the 15th of January . He said he was sending it to the pharmacy right away so they could ship it in the next few days. I'd been waiting almost two weeks, and after contacting support again I was informed that the doctor hadn't even sent in my prescription order to the pharmacy yet! I became very frustrated at that point, but support was able to remedy the issue to my satisfaction. I have my medication now, and I plan to continue my treatment with Maximus.
